These Terms & Conditions explain how our website and our cleaning services work. By using our website, requesting an estimate or booking a cleaning with Pristine Pro Cleaners (“we”, “us”), you agree to them.
1. Our services
Pristine Pro Cleaners provides residential and commercial cleaning in Connecticut, including homes, Airbnbs and vacation rentals, apartments, offices and other commercial spaces. The exact work for each job is what we agree on with you before we start.
2. Free in-person estimates
- We cannot give an accurate price from the size of a space alone. We need to see the current condition of your home or office.
- By requesting an estimate, you agree that we will schedule an in-person visit to look at the space before we give you a price.
- The estimate is free. It is based on what we see during the visit and the services you ask for. If the scope changes, we will let you know and update the price with you before we continue.
3. Booking and scheduling
A cleaning is booked when you accept our estimate and we confirm a date and time with you. We will do our best to arrive at the agreed time. If something delays us, we will contact you as soon as we can.
4. Access and preparing your space
- Please make sure we can get into the property at the agreed time.
- Tell us about pets, fragile or valuable items, areas that are off limits and anything else that matters. We follow your notes every visit.
- Please put away money, jewelry and other valuables before we arrive.
- If a space is unsafe to work in, we may ask to reschedule or adjust the work.
5. Payment
You agree to pay the price in your estimate, and any changes we agreed with you, in the way and at the time we confirm when you book.
6. Cancelling and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call us as soon as possible at 203 628 5873. The notice we need, and any fee for late changes, will be explained when you book.
7. Your satisfaction
If something was not done the way we agreed, tell us as soon as you can and give us a chance to make it right. Please report any concern or damage promptly so we can look into it.
8. Limits of responsibility
We take care in your space. We are not responsible for damage that already existed, normal wear, or items that were not safely put away or that we were not told about. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any claim is limited to the cost of the service involved.
9. Using our website
The information on this website is general. Descriptions of services are not a quote, and prices are only confirmed after an in-person estimate. Please do not misuse the website or try to interfere with it.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
